RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
We will accept returns under the following conditions: If the goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don't do what they are supposed to do, you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit.
If you have simply changed your mind post purchase, and your order has not yet been despatched, we will happily refund you. Because our products are governed by the TGA (Therapeutic Goods Association), we cannot accept returns once you have received the product for hygiene reasons.
If you've purchased a product that doesn't live up to your expectations please get in touch with our customer service team.
You must notify TOM Organic of your intention to return a product within a reasonable timeframe. This notification should contain the following information: customer name, date of purchase, batch/lot number of product, let us know which items are being returned and the reason for the return.
